Stone with a GOOD attraction to a magnet

and

Lots of bright flakes of metal appear in a ground face

and/or

Small, spherical chondrules appear in a ground face

and/or

Dark outer crust with light coloured interior

and/or

Rusty, old & weathered crust but interior is a different texture

More than likely a meteorite!
